At North Arch Kitchens, our experienced senior designer's priority is to get to know you first.  Before we dive into anything, we want to understand exactly what you love and then we'll make sure to add as much of your personality to our ideas as we can.

Step One: Design Consultation.

We like to start the process with a visit to your home, to discuss your design ideas and have a thorough measure-up of your room. Where our designer will find out what you need the room to do for you, how you would like it to look and how much you want to spend, to make sure we put together a great design that works for you.
If you are working from plans, or would just prefer us not to visit, we are happy to arrange a showroom consultation where we will ask all the same questions and gather the information we need to put your room together.
Our design fee is £250, which is then refundable once you order your bathroom from us.

Step Two: Presentation.

With over 30 years of experience, our expert designers are adept at identifying ideal kitchen solutions whilst creating something you will love and factoring in practicality and spatial awareness.
We will prepare and present a bespoke package which is unique to you during a scheduled meeting in our tranquil showroom environment.

Step Three: Site Survey.

For us, transparency is key. We always carry out a full pre-installation site survey with one of our teams, to make sure there are no nasty surprises once we start the work.  You will get a quote from our team, and you can be assured that this is what you will pay. You can then sit back and dream of your new kitchen, safe in the knowledge that we have covered everything to take your project through to completion.

Step Four: Installation.

Our remarkable installations are in-house and fully project managed, taking a hassle-free approach and freeing up your time to be better spent elsewhere.
A seamless craftsmanship will bring your vision to life, leaving you with a beautiful, luxurious and fully functional bathroom. We operate a professional, efficient and attention-to-detail-driven outfit. We will work tirelessly to exceed your expectations.
Our installers are hand picked by us, especially for you.

Step Five: Aftercare.

We are truly only happy when you are – so we will visit you at a date and time that is most convenient to you, to talk through your installation and make sure everything is exactly how you dreamt it would be.

After Kitchens Installation.

We offer ongoing support and aftercare for your new luxury bathroom. Our kitchens are completed to the highest standards, and we are committed to providing help and advice to ensure your bespoke bathroom project remains in top condition long after installation.
